About WIN²

If you have an idea or invention, whether product or process, that you would like to commercialise, WIN² can provide an assessment which will give you an evaluation of the commercial potential. The WIN² process brings a comprehensive, structured set of 44 criteria to bear on your project and the experienced and accredited assessors provide a report which will help you to build up a strategy for further development.

The process can be applied to an idea or invention at any stage but it is especially valuable earlier rather than later in development because the report will show you where the strengths and weaknesses lie and will help to provide guidelines to improve the efficiency of your next steps.

WIN² has been developed and piloted in the UK and evolved from the PIES-X evaluation System, which has been used in the USA over the last 12 years to assess over 30,000 potential ideas and innovations.
